Worst question in the world. Because, when one asks it, the answer is always no, despite the wish for the opposite. If it comes into question, it doesn’t exist. When people are happy, they can usually tell that they are; they don’t sit and wonder whether it’s real.

I’m in the mood to write, but I’m not entirely sure what to write about…I’m in a lot of moods simultaneously, actually.
But I mostly feel anxiety and guilt, and because of those two I also feel irritation. I do not want to feel anxious and guilty, particularly when there’s no point to be feeling either one of them. The anxiety is over my dude, and it’s all in...
